The successful candidate will work closely with the branch team to promote BCA Finance products, conduct field surveys, and support the achievement of sales targets while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and ethical conduct.
Responsibilities
- Actively market BCA Finance loan and financing products to individuals and small‑business owners within the Lubuk Linggau area.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels, including local dealers, cooperatives, and community organizations, to broaden the company’s reach.
- Establish and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and prospective partners, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and service expectations.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform thorough credit‑worthiness analyses using BCA Finance’s risk‑assessment tools, verifying documentation and evaluating repayment capacity.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present findings to the branch manager and credit approval committee.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design targeted promotional campaigns and community outreach events.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, report progress against targets, and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Provide post‑sale support, including follow‑up visits, problem resolution, and customer education on loan repayment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑handling policies throughout all client interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and professional development programs offered by BCA Finance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline is preferred.
- Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age who meet the other criteria are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Licenses & Transportation: Valid SIM C and ownership of a personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Residency: Must reside in Lubuk Linggau or surrounding areas to ensure timely coverage of the assigned territory.
- Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical mindset, persuasive negotiation techniques, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Personal Traits: High level of integrity, self‑motivation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a genuine enthusiasm for field work.
