Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development & Partnership professional to join our growing team in Semarang. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint across diverse real‑estate sites such as industrial parks, warehouses, malls, office complexes, residential towers, and multi‑level buildings. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills, a robust corporate network, and a keen understanding of the ISP (Internet Service Provider) landscape to forge mutually beneficial partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and establish strategic collaborations with site owners and managers across various property types, including industrial zones, logistics hubs, commercial malls, office buildings, residential complexes, and high‑rise towers.
- Prepare and present compelling partnership proposals, negotiate terms, and translate agreements into formal Business Agreement Contracts (BAK).
- Maintain ongoing, professional relationships with key decision‑makers and point‑of‑contact personnel at each site to ensure partnership satisfaction and longevity.
- Monitor tenant growth and performance metrics within partnered sites, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to align partnership activities with revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our ISP services into partner facilities, addressing any operational challenges promptly.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and potential new verticals for partnership development.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) – preferred fields include Management, Marketing, Communication/Public Relations, Information Systems, or Network Engineering.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar client‑facing role, preferably within the ISP or telecommunications sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Extensive corporate network and experience handling corporate clients and large‑scale negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite—PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—for creating proposals, tracking performance, and reporting.
- Ability to travel across the Semarang region; possession of a valid driver’s license for either four‑wheel or two‑wheel vehicles is highly desirable.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00, with occasional after‑hours meetings as required by partnership timelines.
