Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, and specialty coffees using professional coffee machines and grinders.
- Maintain consistent beverage quality by following standardized recipes, monitoring grind size, tamp pressure, and extraction times.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections, pastries, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure the coffee station is clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies, including beans, syrups, milk alternatives, and utensils.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, conduct regular equipment cleaning, and perform basic maintenance on espresso machines.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, restock inventory, and support overall café operations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with emerging coffee trends, new brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience as a barista is preferred, with a solid understanding of espresso machine operation.
- Ability to work a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
