Responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and training sessions, preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting documents, and expense reimbursements, working closely with the finance department.
- Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies, classroom materials, and teaching resources, guaranteeing that classrooms are always well‑stocked.
- Support the implementation of school-wide initiatives, such as health and safety protocols, accreditation processes, and community outreach programs.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new staff members by organizing orientation materials, workstations, and access to internal systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and visitors, addressing inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Participate in periodic training sessions before the academic year begins, staying updated on the latest administrative tools and educational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting workflow enhancements and assisting in the adoption of digital office solutions.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years; all genders are welcome.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a degree in Education (PGSD) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English (both active and passive communication).
- Strong interest in activities related to children and early‑learning environments.
- Willingness to complete comprehensive training prior to the start of the school year.
- High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
