Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Kasir Penjualan Ritel to join our fast‑growing retail team in Semarang. The successful candidate will act as the financial gatekeeper for daily sales, supporting both the sales and delivery teams while ensuring the highest standards of cash handling, accuracy, and customer service. This role offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive BPJS coverage, with a full‑time schedule of Monday to Saturday, 07:30‑16:30.
Responsibilities
- Manajemen Transaksi Harian: Process and record every cash, card, and digital payment from sales and delivery staff, guaranteeing zero discrepancies.
- Pengelolaan Kas Kecil (Petty Cash): Administer the branch’s petty‑cash fund, log all expenditures, reconcile balances daily, and request replenishments in line with company policy.
- Laporan Penjualan & Rekonsiliasi: Generate daily cash‑drawer reports, perform end‑of‑day closing, and reconcile sales data with physical inventory to identify and resolve variances.
- Setoran & Keamanan Dana: Coordinate secure bank deposits, maintain safe‑keeping procedures for cash on site, and report any irregularities immediately.
- Pengarsipan & Administrasi: Organize transaction receipts, audit trails, and supporting documents in a systematic filing system for easy retrieval during audits.
- Deteksi Uang Palsu: Verify the authenticity of banknotes using tactile and visual cues, reducing the risk of counterfeit circulation.
- Dukungan Tim Penjualan: Respond promptly to inquiries or issues raised by sales and delivery personnel, ensuring smooth cash flow and high service satisfaction.
- Pengembangan Proses: Identify opportunities to streamline cash handling procedures and suggest improvements to senior management.
Requirements
- Pendidikan: Minimum D3/S1 in Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait dengan pengetahuan keuangan.
- Pengalaman: Setidaknya 1 tahun sebagai kasir atau administrasi keuangan, idealnya di industri FMCG atau ritel yang menuntut volume transaksi tinggi.
- Keahlian Teknis: Mahir mengoperasikan mesin POS, EDC, dan sistem pembayaran digital; mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk pembuatan laporan harian.
- Identifikasi Uang: Terbiasa dengan teknik deteksi uang asli vs palsu untuk mencegah fraud.
- Interpersonal: Service‑oriented, komunikatif, mampu menangani keluhan tim salesman dan delivery dengan tenang dan profesional.
- Karakter: Integritas tinggi, teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam shift serta tetap produktif di bawah tekanan operasional.
