- Provide engaging, age‑appropriate activities for children, including playtime, educational games, and supervision during meals and naps.
- Manage laundry duties: washing, ironing, folding, and proper storage of family garments and linens.
- Assist with household inventory, purchasing supplies, and restocking pantry items as needed.
- Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, repairs) to schedule and oversee work while maintaining clear communication with the family.
- Ensure the home’s security by locking doors, monitoring entry points, and reporting any safety concerns promptly.
- Adhere to the three‑shift schedule, providing flexible coverage to accommodate the family’s varied routines.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects and seasonal household preparations.
- Uphold the family’s standards of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female, maximum age of 23 years.
- Preferably single and without dependent family obligations.
- Strong interest in working with children and a natural ability to create a nurturing environment.
- Willingness to reside in the provided mess accommodation for the duration of employment.
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service skills.
- Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform household tasks and handle an 8‑hour workday.
- Reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
