Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Sales Regional – Pengembangan Tim to lead and expand our sales footprint across a strategic distribution area. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping territories, identifying high‑potential outlets, and driving a results‑oriented sales team toward aggressive revenue and distribution targets. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive area mapping to identify current and potential distribution zones.
- Analyze outlet potential, compile a prioritized target‑outlet list, and develop actionable sales call plans (RPS).
- Break down monthly and weekly sales targets into unit and monetary goals, establishing daily sales objectives for each team member.
- Implement and monitor distribution strategies to achieve agreed‑upon coverage and shelf‑availability metrics.
- Direct and coordinate the sales team’s collection activities, ensuring timely receivable payments from regular customers.
- Partner with the marketing and sales‑promotion teams to launch and evaluate promotional programs that boost product movement.
- Oversee product “selling‑through” performance at the outlet level, identifying bottlenecks and driving corrective actions.
- Manage key accounts directly, handling objections, negotiating contracts, and building long‑term relationships with major customers.
- Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports summarizing sales volume, distribution status, and accounts‑receivable health.
- Lead regular briefings, coaching sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance the sales team’s skills and adherence to the sales process.
- Perform market research on competitors, consumer trends, and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 45 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales supervision, distribution management, or field sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis, performance metrics, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams on promotional initiatives.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
- Competence in using CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
