As a frontline representative in partner outlets—whether in busy street locations or vibrant shopping malls—you will be the face of Home Credit, guiding customers through the payment and financing process, promoting our solutions on social media, and delivering a seamless experience that drives brand loyalty. This full‑time role offers a dynamic work schedule (Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00‑20:00) and a clear path for career growth within a fast‑growing financial services company.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia’s payment and financing products at partner retail outlets.
- Engage customers in person, answer product‑related questions, and assist them through the application and payment process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile app features, capture leads, and process transactions on the spot.
- Develop and execute localized social‑media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase product awareness and drive foot traffic to the outlet.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales space that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Collect and report daily sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with store managers and other crew members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product updates, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and internal policies regarding data privacy and financial transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
