Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Analis Laboratorium Kimia dan Mikrobiologi to join our scientific team. Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of chemical compounds and microbiological samples using validated standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reagents, media, and test solutions, ensuring sterility and accuracy in accordance with laboratory best practices.
- Perform routine equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for instruments such as HPLC, spectrophotometers, incubators, and autoclaves.
- Record experimental data meticulously in electronic lab notebooks and generate comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods, contributing to research projects and product development initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to biosafety, chemical safety, and waste disposal regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including quality assurance, production, and R&D—to resolve technical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Participate in shift rotations (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) to ensure continuous laboratory coverage and timely turnaround of test results.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff or interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field; a D3 qualification in laboratory analysis is also acceptable.
- Professional Certification: Valid Surat Izin (STR) or equivalent laboratory licensing.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior laboratory experience.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work shift patterns, Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Core Attributes: High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and honesty.
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with laboratory research techniques, sample handling, and basic data analysis; proficiency in computer applications for data entry and reporting.
