Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic challenges, personal issues, and career guidance.

- Develop and implement preventive programs such as anti‑bullying campaigns, stress‑management workshops, and peer‑mediated conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify students in need of additional support and design tailored intervention plans.
- Facilitate parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress, behavioral concerns, and strategies for home‑school partnership.
- Maintain up‑to‑date student data in the school’s information system, ensuring timely input and compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
- Participate in school committees, contributing a counseling perspective to policy development, curriculum enhancement, and extracurricular activities.
- Stay informed on current trends in adolescent psychology, counseling techniques, and educational best practices through continuous professional development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for school leadership and external agencies, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Uphold ethical standards and cultural sensitivity, respecting the diverse backgrounds and religious beliefs of the student body.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in school counseling or youth development.
- Must be a Muslim (Muslimah) and demonstrate alignment with the school’s cultural and ethical values.
- Female candidates are preferred for this specific posting.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with students, parents, and staff.

- Commitment to a full work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
