Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fried chicken according to proprietary recipes, ensuring precise seasoning, batter coating, and optimal frying time for consistent flavor and texture.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen workspace, including utensils, fryers, cutting boards, and storage areas, following strict hygiene standards.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of raw materials such as chicken, spices, flour, and oil, and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, manage peak‑hour demand, and minimize wait times for customers.
- Inspect finished products for visual appeal, correct doneness, and proper portioning before they are sent to the serving line.
- Adhere to safety protocols when operating deep‑fat fryers, handling hot oil, and using sharp knives, minimizing the risk of accidents.

Requirements
