Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging lessons on Pancasila, Kewarganegaraan, and related civic topics in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Design instructional materials, including presentations, worksheets, and multimedia resources, to enhance student comprehension and participation.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Facilitate classroom discussions that encourage critical thinking, respect for diversity, and active citizenship.
- Integrate moral and ethical education into daily lessons, modeling integrity and exemplary behavior for students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and parents to monitor student progress and address any learning challenges.
- Participate in school-wide events, such as cultural festivals, community service projects, and national celebrations, reinforcing civic values.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans, adhering to school policies and regulatory standards.
- Continuously pursue professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and courses related to civics education and pedagogical best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan or a closely related field.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Male gender (as specified by the organization’s current staffing policy).
- Proficiency in reading and reciting the Al‑Qur’an.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a role‑model attitude.
- Ability to develop teaching skills and adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to a full-time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- No prior teaching experience required, though any experience in educational settings is considered a plus.
