Responsibilities
- Identify and approach eligible retirees within the designated districts of Kramat Jati, Gn. Sahari, and Tanjung Priuk.
- Present and explain loan products, emphasizing benefits, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct on‑site visits using a motorbike to reach clients efficiently and maintain a visible presence in the community.
- Gather required documentation, assist clients with application forms, and ensure accurate data entry into the loan management system.
- Coordinate with bank partners to verify client registration status and streamline approval processes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently to convert leads into approved loans.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering client inquiries and facilitating any necessary loan adjustments.
- Report daily activities, sales metrics, and market feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and effective sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) with a solid academic record.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid motorbike and driver’s license for daily travel within the assigned territories.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A genuine passion for sales and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Zero to several years of sales experience – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency with mobile communication tools and familiar with CRM or sales tracking software.
- High level of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality of client information.
