We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our fast‑paced culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen workflow, coordinating prep, cooking, and plating stations to meet service timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for fresh produce, dry goods, and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment—including ovens, fryers, mixers, and slicers—is cleaned, maintained, and operating safely.
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Train new kitchen staff on standard operating procedures, proper equipment handling, and emergency response actions.
  • Collaborate with chefs and menu planners to provide feedback on recipe feasibility, cost control, and portion consistency.
  • Handle customer special requests and dietary restrictions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, waste reports, and daily shift summaries for management review.
  • Act as the point of contact for any kitchen‑related issues, quickly troubleshooting problems to minimize downtime.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow optimizations, new kitchen technologies, or sustainability practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a comparable kitchen or food‑service environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating standard kitchen equipment and tools; familiarity with basic maintenance procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated capacity to stay focused and maintain quality standards during peak service periods.
