Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Manajer Accounting – Pengelolaan Keuangan & Laporan to join our growing finance team in Bogor. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early‑career professional who is passionate about financial stewardship, cost control, and accurate reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure that all accounting processes are performed with integrity, timeliness, and compliance to local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are accurate, supported by documentation, and posted on schedule.
- Monitor and control operating costs by establishing budgets, tracking variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and operations teams to reconcile expense accounts and verify cost allocations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, statutory reports, and audit schedules, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.
- Generate ad‑hoc financial analyses for senior leadership, supporting strategic decision‑making and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll, vendor payments, and cash receipts, while maintaining proper segregation of duties.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize accounting software and spreadsheet tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/D4 or S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cost‑control principles and budgeting techniques.
- High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior professional experience is not mandatory.
- Ability to operate a motorcycle for commuting purposes.
- Preferably residing in Bogor or surrounding areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
