Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Remedial Officer – Collection to join our dynamic team at the Nusa Penida branch in Bali. This role is crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, applying strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve collection targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
The Remedial Officer will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the collection process. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring daily A/R overdue reports and identifying high‑risk accounts.
- Initiating contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Documenting all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with the credit underwriting team to assess the creditworthiness of customers and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
- Preparing weekly and monthly collection performance reports for senior management.
- Escalating severely delinquent accounts to legal or external recovery agencies when necessary.
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices, legal changes, and new collection technologies.
- Maintaining a customer‑focused attitude, offering solutions that balance business objectives with client satisfaction.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the listed soft skills to thrive in this role:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; high school graduates (SMA/SMK) are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Age: Maximum 29 years old; candidates up to 31 years will be considered with exceptional experience.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in collection, credit, or related financial services is acceptable; prior experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of multifinance business processes and a target‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch located in the candidate’s domicile area.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
