- Handle appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and basic client follow‑up under supervision.
- Participate actively in team briefings, share observations, and suggest improvements for service flow.
- Attend on‑the‑job training sessions, product workshops, and skill‑building seminars to deepen knowledge of hair care techniques, product lines, and latest styling trends.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product expiration dates, and reporting shortages to the manager.

Requirements
- Female, unmarried, aged between 17 and 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong desire to work, with a friendly and honest demeanor.
- High sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Willingness to commit to a 2‑year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiastic attitude toward learning new hair‑styling techniques and product knowledge.
- No prior professional experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle salon equipment safely.
