Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our credit management team in Bengkulu. This field‑based position plays a critical role in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by conducting on‑site visits, validating debtor information, and facilitating timely repayment of outstanding obligations. The ideal candidate will be a resident of Bengkulu, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable navigating both residential and commercial environments to secure accurate data and successful collections.
Responsibilities
- Visit debtor locations in Bengkulu and deliver Surat Peringatan (SP) when arrears exceed 20 days.
- Validate the debtor’s current situation, conduct a thorough analysis of outstanding balances, and initiate the collection process.
- Negotiate realistic payment options that align with the debtor’s financial capacity while safeguarding the lender’s interests.
- Track repayment promises, follow up consistently, and ensure adherence to agreed‑upon schedules.
- Locate customers who are unavailable at their listed residence or office, utilizing alternative contact methods and local networks.
- Confirm the accuracy of all client data, including phone numbers, addresses, and contact persons.
- Prepare detailed reports on each visit, documenting observations, negotiation outcomes, and next‑step actions.
- Discuss findings and challenges with supervisors to refine collection strategies and improve overall performance.
- Maintain organized records of all collection activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; must be a resident of Bengkulu.
- Age not exceeding 50 years.
- No prior experience required, though experience in debt collection or field data gathering is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with debtors.
- Ability to negotiate payment terms and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and familiarity with mobile reporting tools.
- Reliable transportation or willingness to travel within the Bengkulu region.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
