Introduction

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated individuals to join our Sales Lapangan WiFi team. This door‑to‑door (canvassing) role focuses on promoting MyRepublic’s reliable WiFi internet packages and premium TV channel bundles directly to households, helping to close the digital divide in the area. The position is based on the candidate’s domicile, allowing for flexible coverage of the assigned territory while maintaining close collaboration with a supportive sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits across the Brebes area, presenting MyRepublic’s WiFi internet and cable TV solutions to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs, explain service benefits, and tailor package recommendations to match household requirements.
  • Generate qualified leads, schedule installations, and follow up to ensure smooth service activation.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through persistent canvassing, upselling, and cross‑selling of additional products such as routers, installation kits, and premium channel bundles.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager and support staff to share market insights, report daily activity, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales outcomes, and feedback using MyRepublic’s CRM platform.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, pricing promotions, and competitive landscape.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while traveling on a personal motorcycle and respect local community norms during canvassing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Male candidates, up to 40 years of age, with a valid driver’s license and personal motorcycle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners.
  • Self‑driven attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team to meet sales quotas.
  • Basic numeracy and analytical ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
  • Prior experience in door‑to‑door sales or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
