Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Deliver a wide range of clinical procedures, including preventive care, restorative work, endodontics, periodontics, and minor oral surgeries, adhering to the highest standards of infection control.
- Communicate treatment options clearly and empathetically, ensuring patients understand their conditions and the proposed interventions.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor, fostering a comfortable atmosphere that encourages patient trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop educational content for social media, patient brochures, and community outreach programs.
- Participate in regular case discussions, peer reviews, and continuous quality‑improvement meetings.
- Keep accurate and detailed electronic medical records in compliance with local regulations and clinic policies.
- Stay current with emerging dental technologies, techniques, and evidence‑based practices through ongoing professional development.
- Assist in supervising dental assistants and junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
- Support the clinic’s scheduling and workflow efficiency by adhering to the designated work hours (Wednesday – Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Dental Medicine or related field.
- Licensing: Active and valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) required for SIP processing; must be able to provide original STR and supporting documentation.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry or a related specialty.
- Age Limit: Candidates up to 50 years old are considered.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Location: Willingness to be placed in Perumnas Way Halim, Bandar Lampung.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with 3ds Max for creating visual educational content is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong empathy, teamwork orientation, and the ability to educate patients and the public effectively.
- Documentation: Ability to submit PDF and hard‑copy copies of diploma, STR, and other required documents for SIP processing.
