- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, delivering updates on their child’s development and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and continuous training to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
- Prepare classroom materials, manage resources efficiently, and ensure a clean, organized learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of school policies related to child safeguarding, health, and inclusive education.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Early Childhood Education (PG PAUD) or Psychology.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Fluent in reading the Qur’an with correct tajwid and able to guide children in proper recitation.
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative teaching resources and activities.
- Basic proficiency in digital learning tools and classroom management software.
- Willingness to actively participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and community events.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
