Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pengembangan Bisnis dan Operasional to lead our café’s growth and day‑to‑day operations. This pivotal role combines strategic business development with hands‑on operational management in the fast‑moving food & beverage (F&B) and hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of at least two years in a similar position, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to inspire and manage cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to increase sales, market share, and brand visibility across the region.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the café, including inventory control, supplier negotiations, and cost‑management to achieve profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate staff across all divisions (kitchen, barista, service, and front‑of‑house) ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and community‑engagement events that drive foot traffic and repeat business.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per labor hour, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction scores; produce regular reports for senior management.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct routine audits and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menu offerings, seasonal specials, and beverage programs, leveraging basic chef or barista skills when needed.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the café operates within its financial parameters.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback from staff and guests to refine processes and enhance the overall experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or operational management role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, responsibility, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Basic culinary or barista skills are considered a valuable advantage.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and implementing cost‑control measures.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
