To sustain this momentum, we are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our sales force as a Promotor Penjualan (SPB/SPG). Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire sales transactions through live product demonstrations, personalized consultations, upselling, cross‑selling, and diligent follow‑up with prospects.
  • Educate customers on the unique features, technical specifications, and benefits of FORTRESS doors, guiding them toward confident purchase decisions.
  • Maintain in‑store displays according to the company’s planogram, ensuring proper product placement, accurate price labeling, and overall visual cleanliness.
  • Conduct quick inventory counts, monitor outlet stock levels, and initiate replenishment or return processes to avoid stock‑outs.
  • Execute promotional activities such as sampling, bundling offers, and seasonal campaigns while accurately recording outcomes for analysis.
  • Compile and submit daily and weekly performance reports that detail foot traffic, demo counts, transaction volume, conversion rates, and attach rates.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor actions, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and product samples.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards for customer service, safety, and brand representation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Promotor, SPG, or similar sales role within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated negotiation abilities and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Broad awareness of local market dynamics, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet or exceed quarterly targets, and manage time efficiently.
  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with operating hours from 08:30 to 16:30.
  • Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and a collaborative team spirit.
