Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Administrator Digital Marketing to join our fast‑growing team in Surabaya. This role serves as the central hub for managing inbound leads from multiple digital channels, ensuring seamless hand‑off to project consultants, and supporting the broader content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in digital marketing operations, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control leads generated from the company website, TikTok, Instagram, and Tokopedia platforms.
  • Conduct timely follow‑up on all incoming leads to qualify interest and gather necessary information.
  • Allocate and funnel qualified leads to the appropriate Project Consultant based on regional coverage.
  • Produce daily lead reports, highlighting key metrics such as source, conversion stage, and response time.
  • Update lead status continuously, ensuring the reporting dashboard reflects real‑time progress.
  • Act as on‑camera talent for short‑form content marketing pieces, including product demos and brand storytelling.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to digital marketing campaigns, such as budgeting logs, asset management, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other measurement tools.
  • Assist in competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Support e‑commerce initiatives by coordinating product listings, promotions, and customer feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing administration or lead management.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, basic SEO principles, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for competitor research and performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and maintain positive relationships.
  • Comfortable adapting to new marketing technologies and tools.
