Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan Pintu Masuk to join our front‑line security team. This role is crucial in safeguarding the entrance of our facilities, ensuring that every visitor, employee, and delivery is screened with professionalism and respect. As the first point of contact, the security officer represents the company’s commitment to safety, order, and a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the main entrance, verifying identification badges, visitor passes, and delivery documents.
- Conduct routine patrols around the entrance area to detect and deter any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Maintain detailed logs of all entries, exits, and incidents, ensuring accurate record‑keeping for audit purposes.
- Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees, answering inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Collaborate with fellow security personnel and facility management to coordinate emergency response procedures, including fire drills and evacuation drills.
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV monitors, metal detectors, and access control systems, reporting any technical issues promptly.
- Enforce company policies related to dress code, prohibited items, and visitor conduct, applying consistent and fair judgment.
- Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents, documenting actions taken and communicating with relevant authorities when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with security best practices, legal regulations, and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
- At least 0 years of experience, though prior experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proven capability to remain composed and make sound decisions while working under pressure.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
