Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Production Staff – Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our fast‑growing production team. This pivotal role will be based in our modern manufacturing facility, where you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across all shifts. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise production line activities from start‑up to shut‑down, ensuring targets are met on time.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, scrap rate, and equipment downtime, and report findings to senior management.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and hygiene standards in compliance with ISO and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, tools, and workstations to identify maintenance needs and prevent bottlenecks.
- Lead daily briefings with operators and technicians, communicating production plans, priorities, and any process changes.
- Facilitate on‑the‑job training for new hires and provide coaching to existing staff to improve skill levels and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the planning department to adjust schedules based on material availability and demand fluctuations.
- Document production data accurately in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and support root‑cause analysis for any non‑conformities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting workflow optimizations, lean initiatives, and waste reduction techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and supplies are stored properly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years or younger.
