Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS devices, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Deliver dishes and drinks efficiently, checking for quality and completeness before serving.
  • Monitor tables throughout the dining period, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to any additional guest needs.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including table settings, side stations, and the dining floor.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timely order delivery.
  • Upsell menu items, suggest daily specials, and promote beverage pairings to increase average ticket value.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or at least SMA for entry‑level consideration).
  • Age: Open to all age groups, with a maximum limit that aligns with labor regulations.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service.
  • Appearance: Well‑presented and professional grooming standards.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong attitude, high initiative, and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Excellent teamwork skills; capable of collaborating effectively with kitchen and floor staff.
  • Emotional resilience – must remain composed and avoid taking criticism personally (“Tidak Baperan”).
  • Flexible availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
