Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS devices, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver dishes and drinks efficiently, checking for quality and completeness before serving.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining period, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to any additional guest needs.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including table settings, side stations, and the dining floor.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timely order delivery.
- Upsell menu items, suggest daily specials, and promote beverage pairings to increase average ticket value.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or at least SMA for entry‑level consideration).
- Age: Open to all age groups, with a maximum limit that aligns with labor regulations.

- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service.
- Appearance: Well‑presented and professional grooming standards.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.

- Excellent teamwork skills; capable of collaborating effectively with kitchen and floor staff.
- Emotional resilience – must remain composed and avoid taking criticism personally (“Tidak Baperan”).
- Flexible availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
