Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards and the individual needs of each student.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observation, providing constructive feedback to both learners and their parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and any areas requiring additional attention.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids, digital tools, and interactive activities to enhance engagement and retention.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Coordinate with other tutors and the academic coordination team to ensure consistent instructional quality across all grade levels.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with pedagogical trends.
- Adhere strictly to the scheduled teaching hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Uphold a professional appearance, presenting a neat and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; preferably a final‑semester university student or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline, with a strong preference for majors in Education.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates should demonstrate the energy and commitment required for active classroom engagement.
- Experience: No prior professional teaching experience required; however, any tutoring, mentoring, or classroom exposure is advantageous.
- Subject Mastery: Ability to teach across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA) and a broad range of subjects.
- Core Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, discipline, responsibility, and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.
- Professionalism: Well‑groomed appearance, punctuality, and adherence to the defined teaching schedule.
- Location Advantage: Residence within or near the Sidoarjo placement area is considered a valuable asset.
