Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Senior Field Collection Officer (Kolektor Lapangan) to join our expanding team in the Karangasem region of Bali. This role is pivotal in managing the end‑to‑end collection process for customers who are behind on their loan repayments. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company, visiting borrowers’ homes, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring that collection targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences to initiate polite yet firm collection conversations.
- Negotiate repayment schedules, offer restructuring options, and document all agreements in accordance with company policy.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the operations manager while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily visitation quotas, ensuring thorough coverage of the assigned Karangasem territory.
- Follow standardized collection procedures, including proper identification, verification of customer information, and secure handling of sensitive financial data.
- Report daily activities, challenges, and results using the company’s mobile CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the credit risk and legal teams to flag high‑risk accounts and initiate further action when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the company’s brand positively within the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Paket C acceptable).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field collection or a related cash‑handling role; 2 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and de‑escalate tense situations.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s licence (SIM C) and a reliable motorcycle for field travel.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Karangasem area, including local neighborhoods and road networks.
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt quickly to changing collection strategies.
- Open to candidates of any gender; must be willing to reside and work in Karangasem, Jembrana, or surrounding districts.
