Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Multimedia Content Development and Digital Design Specialist to join our growing team in Kudus. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is passionate about visual storytelling, possesses solid graphic design fundamentals, and can effectively communicate ideas both verbally and in writing. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to produce engaging multimedia assets that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of digital content, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and short videos for social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to translate campaign goals into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established style guides and ensuring all assets meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while balancing creative excellence with practical constraints.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, software updates, and emerging multimedia technologies to continually improve the visual impact of our communications.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and learning‑focused environment.
- Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color profiles.
- Support the sales and customer service teams with custom visual proposals and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates aged 18–25 years.
- Prior experience (any amount) in graphic design, multimedia production, or related fields.
- Strong command of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent presentation (public speaking) skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and basic video editing tools.
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Muslim faith and a serious, professional work attitude.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Kudus, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
