As a Business Partner, you will become the face of Amartha in the community, helping to connect underserved entrepreneurs with the credit solutions they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site market research to identify potential micro‑entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Payakumbuh area.
- Generate leads through door‑to‑door visits, local events, and partnerships with community organizations.
- Present Amartha’s loan products, explain eligibility criteria, and guide prospects through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company CRM system and provide regular performance reports to supervisors.
- Collaborate with the regional sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new borrowers.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends to help shape product positioning.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance awareness.
- Uphold Amartha’s brand standards and act as a trusted ambassador in all community engagements.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates aged 28 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel to client sites.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic analytical ability to assess client needs and match them with appropriate loan products.
- Willingness to commit to an initial 12‑month contract with the potential for permanent placement.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00, with weekends off.
