Responsibilities
- Accurately process all customer transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments in compliance with company SOPs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering product questions, and resolving inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that receipts, bags, and promotional materials are readily available.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to verify order accuracy, coordinate special requests, and expedite service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory of cash drawer, reconcile end‑of‑day totals, and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up the register, counting cash, and securing the workspace.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards by following all relevant SOPs, including proper handling of food‑related items when needed.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflow, reducing wait times, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, promotional offers, and new POS functionalities.
- Support team members by covering shifts, especially during busy periods such as weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; inclusive hiring policy.
- Passion for the professional FnB sector and a basic understanding of kitchen or bar operations.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and may require occasional overtime.
- Strong ability to follow established SOPs and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Initiative and quick‑thinking; able to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
