We are seeking a motivated Pembuat Roti Paruh Waktu (Part‑time Bread Maker) to join our bustling bakery store. Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and specialty cakes according to standardized recipes.
- Measure, mix, and knead dough accurately, ensuring consistent quality and texture.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels of flour, yeast, and other baking ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders quickly during peak hours.
- Participate in product development sessions, contributing creative ideas for new seasonal items.
- Provide friendly service to customers, answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Document daily production logs and report any equipment issues to the store manager.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy) – open to all qualified candidates who meet the criteria.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably with a background in culinary arts, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
- Basic experience in cake or pastry preparation; prior bakery work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and improve baking techniques.
- Excellent personal hygiene, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Creativity in cake decoration and bread presentation.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
- Availability to work the scheduled hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
