Responsibilities
- Execute all sales transactions at the point‑of‑sale, including cash, debit, credit, installment plans, and e‑wallet payments.
- Generate and issue accurate sales receipts or invoices for every customer purchase.
- Maintain daily cash registers, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare end‑of‑day cash‑deposit reports.
- Record sales data in the POS system, ensuring that inventory movements and financial records are up‑to‑date.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, price checks, and promotional offers, providing courteous and knowledgeable service.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies, suspected fraud, or technical issues with the cash‑handling equipment.
- Collaborate with store managers and inventory teams to support stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new payment technologies, customer service best practices, and compliance standards.
- Uphold a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance transaction speed, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a retail cashier; experience with POS systems is highly preferred.
- Proficient in operating cash registers, digital transaction platforms, and e‑wallet applications.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional appearance.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume transaction periods while maintaining composure.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools for reporting.
