- Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering professional advice on trends, product usage, and after‑care routines.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest hair‑cutting trends, grooming techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and training.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, ensuring punctuality and minimizing client wait times.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Demonstrated skill in basic hair cutting and styling (Seni Menata Rambut).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

- Reliability and punctuality; availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
