Introduction

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that every product leaves the warehouse in perfect condition, on time, and ready for delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments, verify packing lists, and inspect items for damage or defects.
- Organize and sort products according to size, weight, and destination to maximize space efficiency.
- Accurately pack items using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, pallets, etc.) while adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Label each package with barcodes, shipping information, and handling instructions, ensuring data entry is error‑free.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, promptly disposing of waste and recycling packing materials.
- Collaborate with inventory control staff to update stock levels and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in routine cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.
- Follow strict health‑and‑safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, transport partners, and other warehouse personnel to resolve any packing or shipping issues.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders; the role previously emphasized male candidates but we now welcome a diverse workforce.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items weighing up to 25 kg for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic speaking ability is required.
- No current enrollment in a full‑time academic program (to ensure full availability for shift work).
- Prior experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
