Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer (CMO) to join our growing team in the vibrant Nusa Dua – BNT area. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our portfolio of financial products to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the face of Adira Finance, building strong relationships, facilitating credit applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to loan disbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including vehicle financing, personal loans, and credit lines—to existing clients and new prospects.
  • Identify and develop relationships with channel distribution partners, such as automobile dealers and retail outlets, to generate qualified leads.
  • Collect initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and prepare complete credit application packages in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, coordinate with the credit underwriting team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that may affect their financing agreement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, orders, and documentation in the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity and enable performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales targets and provide market feedback that can shape future product offerings.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, submit activity reports, and continuously seek ways to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or vocational equivalent (SMK); candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
  • Maximum age of 34 years; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse customer groups.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, resilience, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) to travel between client sites and dealer locations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
