Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Persian (Farsi) Language Instructor to join our growing educational team. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Persian language lessons (both oral and written) for beginner to intermediate students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with curriculum standards.
- Conduct live online sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, or other video‑conferencing tools, ensuring clear audio‑visual quality.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance and track progress through regular evaluations.
- Maintain an interactive and inclusive virtual classroom, encouraging participation from learners of all ages.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles, including formal and informal education contexts.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and curriculum developers to continuously improve course content.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and reporting in accordance with the organization’s operational guidelines.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility in all teaching activities.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Persian language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi) – both spoken and written – with strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
- Prior teaching experience (formal classroom or informal tutoring) is highly desirable, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: patient, communicative, and able to motivate students.
- Reliable personal equipment (computer, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection) for delivering high‑quality virtual lessons.
- Ability to work flexible hours within the stipulated schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
