Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Sales and Marketing to lead our front‑line sales team and drive market expansion. This pivotal role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring that our products and services reach the right customers at the right time. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, adept at motivating staff, analyzing market trends, and delivering measurable growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Identify new market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade show participation to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiate contracts, and resolve any service‑related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling advertising materials, digital content, and social media initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Oversee inventory forecasting and coordinate with logistics to guarantee product availability.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on consumer behavior, emerging trends, and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Age: 30 years or older, reflecting the experience and maturity needed for a supervisory role.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 0 years of direct sales experience; however, demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is highly valued.
  • Core Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, disciplined time management, and a clean, professional appearance.
  • Key Skills: Sales development, team leadership, customer relationship management, data analysis, and effective communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for special events or campaigns.
