Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staff Administrasi Kantor to join our growing team in Sragen. Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry of new and existing customer information into the company’s database.
  • Compile, review, and reconcile daily and monthly financial statements, including balance sheet summaries.
  • Validate prospective customer details via telephone, confirming identity and documentation compliance.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper—ensuring easy retrieval of client records.
  • Assist senior staff with the preparation of reports for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to manage allowance reimbursements and expense tracking.
  • Support office logistics such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, and managing office supplies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for data handling and reporting.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school (SMA) or vocational (SMK) diploma; equivalent qualifications are acceptable.
  • Age: Must be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
