Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Service professional to join our team in Magelang. This full‑time position focuses on maintaining a pristine and orderly environment across our facilities, ensuring that employees, visitors, and clients experience a clean, safe, and welcoming space. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all floor surfaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, restrooms, offices, and storage rooms.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, equipment) to uphold hygiene standards.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste according to local regulations, including recycling when applicable.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting low stock levels to the supervisor promptly.
- Inspect work areas for any damage or safety hazards and communicate findings to the facilities manager.
- Follow established health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure coverage during peak periods and special events.
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and complete daily checklists to document completed tasks.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role is a strong advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with a reliable attendance record.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 25 kg, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia to follow instructions and report issues clearly.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a respectful workplace environment.
