Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, including perimeter checks, building entrances, and parking areas, to deter unauthorized access and potential threats.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, promptly reporting any suspicious activity to the control room and coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees by checking identification cards (GP & KTA) and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Enforce company policies regarding dress code, personal appearance (no piercings or tattoos), and safety protocols to uphold a professional image.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, providing first‑aid assistance and ensuring orderly evacuation.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes for supervisory review.
- Collaborate with fellow security personnel and supervisors to develop and refine security procedures, contributing ideas that improve overall site safety.
- Maintain personal fitness and situational awareness to effectively handle physically demanding tasks and potential confrontations.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security role, preferably in industrial or commercial environments.
- Active possession of a valid GP (Gun Permit) and KTA (Security Card).
- Current domicile registration (Domisili) with the Disdukcapil office of Balikpapan.
- Minimum height of 170 cm.
- No body piercings or tattoos visible while on duty.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey instructions clearly and courteously.
- Excellent observational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Team‑player attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.
