Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the full range of SELVY products, meeting daily and weekly sales targets set by store management.
- Engage with shoppers in a friendly, confident manner, providing product knowledge, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain an immaculate and well‑stocked display area, ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and reconcile sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Utilize point‑of‑sale (POS) technology and mobile devices efficiently; comfort with basic digital tools is essential.
- Gather customer feedback, record inquiries, and forward insights to the marketing team to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow SPGs and store staff to create a cohesive shopping experience, including assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to the mall’s operating hours (09:00 – 19:00, Monday through Sunday) and comply with all health, safety, and company policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, sales techniques, and brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 23 years.
- At least 1 year of proven retail or sales experience, preferably within a mall environment.
- Residency in the vicinity of Artha Gading is highly preferred.
- Graduates of the class of 2024 or 2025 who already possess relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in interacting with diverse customers.
- High attention to detail for accurate calculations and inventory handling.
- Comfortable using technology; no “gaptek” (technology‑averse) attitude.
- Ability to work a 9‑hour shift plus a 1‑hour break, five or more days per week, including weekends.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
