Responsibilities
- Perform a range of beauty services including eyelash extensions, brow bomb treatments, lash and brow lamination, henna designs, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist senior beauticians in preparing workstations, sanitizing tools, and maintaining a clean, organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences, recommend appropriate services, and ensure each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
- Manage client appointments using scheduling software, confirm bookings, and handle walk‑in requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, product usage, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the team to foster a supportive, upbeat atmosphere that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry through workshops, webinars, and industry publications.
- Promote salon services and retail products, contributing to monthly sales targets and overall revenue growth.
- Utilize personal transportation and navigation tools such as Google Maps to ensure punctual arrival for any off‑site events or mobile beauty services.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Female, single, maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in eyelash extensions, brow bomb, lamination, henna, and nail art.
- Active driving license (SIM C) and reliable personal vehicle.
- Proficiency with navigation apps (Google Maps) for timely travel.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, cheerful, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday, with holidays discussed during the interview.
