- Gather detailed specifications from clients to accurately trace and refine their artwork using manual tracing techniques.
- Apply color‑separation (pisa warna) expertise to prepare files for print production, ensuring correct color spation and consistency.
- Create and adjust layout designs, transforming customer concepts into polished mock‑ups ready for approval.
- Maintain organized project files, track progress, and update internal systems to reflect the status of each order.
- Collaborate closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to guarantee that final deliverables meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on tracing methods, color management, and customer service best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on workload, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction metrics for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements that reduce errors and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to a two‑year contractual agreement, demonstrating commitment and reliability throughout the term.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years (flexible based on experience and capability).
