Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive antenatal assessments, including health history, physical examinations, and routine laboratory tests.
- Provide education and counseling on nutrition, prenatal care, birth planning, and breastfeeding to expectant mothers and their families.
- Assist physicians and senior midwives during labor, ensuring safe and humane delivery practices while monitoring fetal and maternal vital signs.
- Perform post‑natal examinations, identify any complications, and deliver appropriate interventions or referrals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with national health regulations and data‑privacy standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including obstetricians, pediatricians, nutritionists, and social workers—to develop individualized care plans.
- Participate in community outreach programs, health fairs, and home‑visit initiatives to promote maternal health awareness in underserved areas.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as postpartum hemorrhage or neonatal distress, following established protocols.
- Continuously update professional knowledge through training workshops, certification renewal, and peer‑reviewed research.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; completion of a recognized midwifery training program and current certification in Kebidanan.

- At least 0–2 years of practical experience in obstetrics, maternity wards, or community health settings (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are welcome).
