Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Asisten Penunjang Operasional to join our dynamic team in the Cibinong‑Bojong‑Depok area. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a short but relevant background in the food & beverage (F&B) sector who are eager to develop their operational and digital skills. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting daily store activities, handling cashier systems, managing social media and marketplace channels, and ensuring smooth collaboration across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Operate and reconcile the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transaction recording and daily cash handling.
- Maintain product listings, inventory updates, and order processing on various online marketplaces and the company’s social media platforms.
- Assist the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams by preparing order tickets, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating timely deliveries.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries both in‑store and through digital channels.
- Support promotional activities, including the creation of visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as the implementation of discount campaigns.
- Collaborate with supervisors to generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales, waste, and customer feedback.
- Participate in routine cleaning and organization of the work area to uphold health and safety standards.
- Help train new staff on POS operation, basic food safety, and effective communication techniques.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives during team meetings.
Requirements

- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 months of experience in the F&B industry or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Proficiency with cashier software, social media management tools, and online marketplace platforms.
- Strong sense of responsibility, politeness, clear communication, honesty, and diligence.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Preferably residing in Cibinong, Bojong, or Depok areas.
- Must submit a recent photograph with the application.
- Basic understanding of store management systems is an advantage.
