Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our team as Sales Langsung WiFi representatives in the regions of Tinggi, Lima Puluh, Kisaran, Aek Kanopan, R. Prapat, and Bagan Batu. This role focuses on direct, door‑to‑door sales of high‑speed broadband internet services, helping households and small businesses stay connected in a rapidly digitising market. Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing to identify prospective customers within the assigned territories.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and pricing of our broadband WiFi packages in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Educate customers on promotional offers, service bundles, and contract terms, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up appointments using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide post‑sale support, including assisting with installation scheduling and addressing any initial service concerns.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and employee gatherings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Uphold the company’s brand image by demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a customer‑first attitude during all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Elementary school (SD) or equivalent; higher education levels are welcomed.
- Male or female candidates; all genders are encouraged to apply.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel between neighborhoods efficiently.
- Strong money‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior sales or customer‑service experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
- Professional etiquette, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to analyze sales performance.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00, and adapt to varying customer schedules.
