Introduction
SPX Express, a leading last‑mile logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Kepala Hub SPX Express to lead its Banyumas, Central Java hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end flow of parcels from pickup to delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement within the hub. This full‑time position offers a structured work week (Monday‑Friday) with competitive hours from 09:30 to 18:30.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee timely delivery of parcels, overseeing every step from collection to final customer hand‑over.
- Coordinate daily operations with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize shipment schedules.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to minimize loss, damage, or misplacement of packages.
- Track all hub transactions, ensuring data accuracy for inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound receiving processes, sorting, and outbound dispatch activities, maintaining optimal throughput.
- Coach, train, and develop hub staff, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics such as on‑time delivery rates, damage percentages, and cost per parcel, and propose actionable improvements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to generate reports, forecast capacity, and support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, local regulations, and health‑safety standards within the hub environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector.
- Hands‑on experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations, with a solid grasp of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) inventory methods and logistics cost analysis.
- Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills, capable of motivating diverse staff groups.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to map logistics flows and identify efficiency gains.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Kab. Banyumas, Central Java.

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience for entry‑level candidates.
