Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every customer at the counter, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate key features, and guide shoppers through the purchase decision process.
- Execute effective upselling and cross‑selling strategies to maximize average transaction value while meeting customer needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and assist with visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and organized display.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring all promotional materials and signage are up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and generate proper documentation.
- Collect and record customer feedback, reporting insights to management for continuous service improvement.
- Participate in regular product training sessions, staying current on new Yamaha models, accessories, and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and customer privacy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform upselling and cross‑selling with a results‑driven mindset.
- Positive attitude, high initiative, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving retail environment with a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and basic point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
